Keep assigning orders to your own staff in ordable/ exactly as you do now. Karrix takes what your team cannot cover — peak hours, far governorates, a driver calling in sick — so you stop turning away orders you could have delivered.

A delivery fee, not a cut of the order

You pay per delivery. Not a percentage of order value, not a commission on the sale. A 40 KD order and a 4 KD order cost the same to deliver, which is the whole reason you left the aggregators.

COD reconciled per order

Cash collected on delivery is tracked against the individual ordable/ order and paid out with a statement listing each one. No lump sums to unpick at month end.

No. Karrix charges a delivery fee per shipment, not a percentage of order value. Your order total is yours — that model is the reason merchants move to their own storefront in the first place.
Decision 109/2026 regulates intermediary platforms that broker orders between merchants and consumers and take a commission. A store selling its own products through its own ordable/ storefront is not an intermediary platform.
