By accessing or using the Karrix platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our services.
2. Services
Karrix provides a delivery marketplace connecting e-commerce businesses with delivery carriers in Kuwait. We facilitate the connection but are not directly responsible for the physical delivery of goods.
3. Account Registration
You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.
4. Pricing and Payment
Pricing is determined based on your business volume and delivery requirements. Payment terms are defined in your service agreement. Karrix reserves the right to modify pricing with prior notice.
5. Liability
Karrix acts as an intermediary between e-commerce businesses and carriers. While we strive for reliable service, we are not liable for delays, damages, or losses caused by carrier partners beyond our reasonable control.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate the service agreement with written notice. Karrix reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
7. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Kuwait. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Kuwait.
