Search "Karrix" inside your Zid admin, click install, authorize. Karrix reads your store config, inventory locations, and default shipping rules.

Add your pickup branches. Pick which service level (same-day, next-day, economy) maps to each Zid shipping method. Once saved, checkout updates instantly.

New Zid orders appear in Karrix within seconds of checkout. Labels generate automatically; Karrix dispatches the shipment and writes every status change back to Zid in real time.

Zid integration FAQ

Yes. If your inventory is in FBZ, we pick up from the Zid fulfillment center. If you self-fulfill, we pick up from your store or warehouse. You can mix both in the same account.
That's the whole point of Karrix. You don't pick a carrier — the routing engine assigns each Zid order to whichever carrier in our network has best coverage, speed, and cost for that specific delivery zone at that moment.
Return pickups are triggered from the Zid order screen — one click schedules a reverse pickup from the customer, with photo proof when collected. No separate system to log into.
